I’ve always been interested in thinking about and discussing well-crafted stories, especially those that help people make sense of the world around them. Over time, that curiosity developed into an interest in writing nonfiction about media, culture, and current events. In 2023, I began writing film criticism and analytical essays before enrolling in the Bachelor of Professional and Creative Writing program at Humber Polytechnic. In my three years at Humber, I've studied writing to deadline, copy editing, and narrative structure. During my second year, I began working as a Language Quality Analyst for DataAnnotation, evaluating writing for clarity, tone, and factual accuracy. My writing interests cover film criticism, media analysis, and institutional communications. I’m always looking for another book or film that will give me goosebumps like Project Hail Mary or Inception. If you’d like to get in touch and discuss any opportunities in editorial work, you can email me at [email protected]
